    I hope that this unusual contact does not upset, you.  I am an Active Duty
Military Memmber stationed in Germany.  I recently visited Lorraine Military
Cemetary in St Avould France, a few days ago. And I do realize that many
realtives never get to actually visit this location.  Would you like me to
make a "rubbing" with pictures of your brother (is it's?) resting place?  If
so please contact me via e-mail.  I went last week and assisted another
family member, please note that this does not cost anything.  I enjoy
honoring my fellow commorades in arms that have paid the ultimate price.

Charles' brother, my father Edmund, is still alive
(almost 92!).    We would very much appreciate a "rubbing" of
his name on his tombstone.   We've already gotten pictures
of the grave from Lorriane Cemetary, so no photos needed.
