Free use of second separate refrigerator in the kitchen. Free utilities, including cable TV, wireless internet, shared use of washer/dryer. Parking on street.

We have a 6 y/o daughter, and are seeking either

A single parent with a child near our daughter's age to play with,
and for us to trade-off occasional babysitting

A renter who wishes to also work part-time as a nanny doing childcare
work 10 - 15 hours week, at about $15/hr. Hours are very flexible.
(Rental discount: If more than 15/hrs per week of childcare work is
done during the month, the monthly rent will be discounted by $200/month).
